It is an architectural sculpture, which the aim was to
create it in abstract form. The ideas where made by using CAD software.
The programmes they used are Rhino 3D for simulation with
bRigit, Autodesk Maya for other processing and Blender for rendering.
They started by doing renderings different variations of the
sculpture. They also created rendered sketches of how they should create the
sculpture.
It was then processed by using laser cutter and then
assembly everything.
In my opinion, they made a good use of the renderings that communicate
well their concept in mind, so the CAD programmes helped to visualize the idea
before actually made in material.
